My name is Hakim Singleton, I am the owner of the Singleton Mortgage Group powered by Sun West Mortgage Company (NMLS ID: 440468). SMG as its affectionately labeled has been in operation since 2018, I however have been in the mortgage business for over 15 years. SMG specializes in moving people from the idea phase of their real estate journey to realizing their real estate goals by providing quality customer service, excellent pricing and a diverse product line to help first time homebuyers who need down payment assistance, move up buyers, first or repeat investors, clients needing renovation loans, construction to perm loan and our self-employed home buyers.
